Activity that may expose OfferUp or its users to legal liability is unacceptable, and OfferUp will be diligent in assisting with external criminal investigations to maintain the strength of our community. OfferUp is committed to assisting the groups mentioned above, and as such, may need to disclose users’ personal information to those mentioned. However, to ensure user privacy this information will not be released without substantiated requests from officials.
